Pros

Depends really on your Practice Leader. If he is a good person, you get good opportunity to learn.

Cons

Work culture is steadly degrading and internal politics is becoming very strong Incompetent people occupy key positions HR is for name sake Not a company for straightforward person Quality of work is also low grade and seniors do not support Every one too busy to suck up to superiors for self growth Manipulative people go great places

Pros

Largest broker in the industry..

Cons

Benefits reduced every year and becoming more expensive. Pension plan cut by end of the year. Raises are non-existent. Marsh is losing many talented people. Stressful environment with unrealistic goals. Lots of office politics where only the favorites benefit. No room for advancement.
