Pros

Working with Marsh means working with some of the biggest names out there. So you have good exposure to some high profile clients and companies. There is also a lot of room for internal movement if you are unhappy with your role or want a change.

Cons

The pay scale is insulting at times. They argue that the benefits they offer are factored in to the overall package, but I’m not sure the benefits are that great to offset poor pay in such a tough financial landscape. It is frustrating because I love what I do, but I feel I will have to leave to get what I need.
