Pros

good benefits - though company in the process of downgrading them - particularly the pension

Cons

issue with work/life balance - staff numbers kept very lean - will not get you help unless you really start dropping the ball and miss deadlines that affect management - so reward bad performance. if you put in overtime and get the job done, then the job is getting done, you don't need help - keep doing the overtime. Only problem ... this leads to burn outs .. and then management asks why?

Pros

They do have a great work life balance, however, they control your over time.

Cons

Prejudice, minorities have a really hard time moving up in the company. If the company already had there minority numbers up, they will not move a minority up even if they have a degree. If they do not like you, you will not mover up.
