Pros

Marsh really is an insurance industry leader and the employees do a great job on focusing on the clients and risk assessment. The Producers of the company are really second to none and they do an excellent job with all their work.

Cons

Being a brokerage firm the benefits and perks are really focused on the sales/ client facing colleagues while pay remains incredibly low for those in administration or support roles. Senior management and policy makers still struggle with connecting thier minds with their hearts.

Pros

Very Professional Organization, Great reputation, room to grow if you are a super producer, must be able to sell

Cons

Can be cheap in allocating resources, uses substandard tech, such as blackberry, laptops. Expense policies are a hindrance and confining. Consulting practice of the business has to deal with policies meant for brokers.
