Pros

They go out of their way to make everyone feel like they are doing valuable work and are appreciated. Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office. Plenty of meetings (informal small team, specialty practice teams, nationwide teams, and worldwide team meetings) to ensure every employee knows the business status, goals, and upcoming plans. If you are unhappy in a position, we've been told that we should speak to collegues, learn what they do, and explore how we could migrate to another position.

Cons

I have worked for some badly run or just ok companies and this is not one of them.

Pros

Colleagues are great people a lot of talented people sadly a lot of them are oversee.

Cons

No room for growth. No salary increased but a lot of worked added and more responsibilities added without increase in salary. Low recognition for the people that really worked. Favoritism has increased in the last year.
