Pros

Marsh is the biggest broker in the world and provides access to top-notch industry and risk experts. It is a great firm to learn about the brokerage industry. Colleagues all seem to really care about their clients. Very competitive benefits.

Cons

It can be hard to differentiate yourself in such a bureaucratic organization. Salaries in the industry are quite stagnant and Marsh is no exception to this trend.
