- Employee centric organization - Top Facilities and Infrastructure for employees - Global prospective and multi cultural organization - Experienced leadership team - Job security

Cons

- Growth - Slow paced work - No proper training plans in specialised fields - Unnecessary hierarchy system (currently there are 6 levels). Need to simplify the org structure into 4 levels (Analyst, Associate, AVP/VP and ED). - Favoritism.
