      Japan branch has a unique rule to permit working from home at most for 40 days a year. Message from manager is not always clear to share their thought to employees and evaluation process seems to be unclear.

      You get a lot of your own time where you can learn and grow.

      Too much hierarchy. Any new ideas take a very long time to be implemented as there are multiple approvals required at each level.
