      Great company, but they are more interested in pleasing shareholders versus employees with respect to salaries.

      Pros

      Large network and reach due to size. Strong benchmarking statistics for clients. Able to transfer to other offices easily due to worldwide presence.

      Cons

      You could go years without a raise. Need to appreciate employees with better bonuses and better and more consistent raises.

      Great opportunity to learn technology. Amazing overtime. Great people to work with. Amazing co workers. We are a unit who work amazingly well together to getting a task done

      Long hours and very high demand and expectations. No allowance to make mistakes without consequences. Very little staff. Management is not up to par. Very little balance for leisure
