The working culture is quite chill; however, this is dependent on the team you are assigned to, as some teams do get a higher number of deals and have more clients to service.

Cons

The pay is slightly below the industry average or norm, but the benefits do make up for it slightly. The HR department is not efficient nor informative, and can be downright horrible at times.
