Stable company. Market leader. Has a lot of the resources and perks that a typical Fortune 500 company would provide.

Cons

Aggressively offshoring lower level work like most other large companies are doing. Not very good at back filling vacancies or resignations as workload just gets more compressed onto the remaining people.
