      Pros

      This company is a great place to work. Fantastic benefits and a great work-life balance. Smart people and not too political. Tons of vacation time and separate sick days makes it very accommodating. Subsidized cafeteria makes lunch cheap, and in-building gym is super convenient. Super stable environment and company. Great for someone not looking for a crazy lifestyle.

      Cons

      I didn't find any cons, except for the slow pace - at times it can be inert. Bonuses didn't increase, nor did salaries.

      Pros

      Marsh and McLennan is a great place to work in NY and throughout the world. The compensation is excellent and the pension is a great bonus.

      Cons

      The interview process is very long and tough. There are high standards to earn an interview, and only the strongest candidates are invited.

      The leadership of the company is breaking down silos, investing in innovation, and is looking to develop the company's top talent.

      Cons

      There are too many crusty old curmudgeons holding onto the ways of the past. We need some fresh blood and fresh thinking to quickly resuscitate this century-old organization.
