      Pros

      Interesting time to work for MMC. You could be at the beginning of something great, or at the end of something great. I truly hope that we are in the midst of a turnaround.

      Cons

      Uncertainty of future due to inept management. I'm constantly being reminded of the "good old days" at MMC. I'm ready for the new " good old days". I hope that we can expect some senior management to stay beyond their appointment date. There has been a series of people that have worked at MMC less than 6 months, but managed to take with them a hefty retirement package. For absolutely no benefit to the company. They got their positions becuse of who they knew, they cashed in, now they're gone.

      if your willing to be cut-throat about moving up the pay can be good but times can be stressful.

      Pros

      good pay depending on your team but can be very stressful at times. There is definitely opportunity for quick career advancement but you have to be really vocal and will end up having to sacrifice some of your personal life to do it.

      Cons

      lots of inter company and inter team politics. Morale can vary greatly depending on which group your on.
