      -Lots of growth potential -Outstanding Benefits package -Work/Life Balance Importance -Management Feedback on Performance - Worldwide Presence/ability to transfer between offices

      Cons

      -Must make yourself visible if you want to progress...this is a large company folks - Lots of people who have been here for a long time so you may have to wait awhile until they leave to get rpomoted.

      Pros

      Great Place to get experience in work world if interested in a career in financial services that doesn't require over 50 hours a week. Great People and usually top flight clients.

      Cons

      Company was hit hard by Spitzer suit and only really began to recover in 2008. Very limited up side potential. Don't work here if money is your top priority.
