      Leader in industry. Strong relationships with the markets.

      Cons

      Layoffs and outsourcing over the last few years have created poor morale. Less people doing more work. Flow of communication from management downward is deficient.

      Pros

      Well if your lucky to get a bonus then that is one of the best reason to work at Marsh USA inc.

      Cons

      Lack of communitcation, leadership, ownership of responsability. Micromanagement... i.e. what did you do yesterday , why did it take you an hour to complete a project that should have only taken u 15 mins. Having supervisors walk around to ensure your at your desk. Losing best talent because no money, yet Marsh had one of the best years in 2009.

      Pros

      Great for a career in insurance brokerage. Benefits are pretty solid. Tuition reimbursement. Great work and life balance. International opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay is poor. Growth opportunities are also limited. Management is always changing, so there is obviously much transition through out the company
