Pros

Flexible schedule Very good benefits with modest co-pays and cost to employees. Nice pension plan - if you work there long enough to get it

Cons

The company jumps from "initiative" to "initiative" with absolute abandon resulting in mixed messages to employees as well as clients. Unfortunately, as has been widely reported, employee loyalty and track record of accomplishments is not valued much at Marsh. Todays performance is what matters above all else. Management is often more concerned with keeping their own jobs and show an unfortunate inability to take risk.

Pros

Different Tasks for different companies. Good skills development program.

Cons

Not too challenging sometimes. Sales and advisoring go together, which is not good if ou are not confortable with one of those areas.

Pros

Fair growth opportunities, if the person applies themself and makes a point to do the job which is client service.

Cons

Some of the donsides are that you are a little fish in a big pond, this makes it a bit harder to be noticed.
