Cons

Due to the rapid and constant change in senior leadership in NY Corp Office, there was constant upheaval and reduction in force that was very distracting.

Ability to learn quickly and also move up the ladder quickly by putting in the right effort and attitude.

Cons

Compensation did not match effort, atleast during initial years, and probably only for the country I worked in.
