Pros
Benefits, 401k, and PTO are absolutely great. Company name great for resume. Recommend staying for a year or two then bouncing if you don’t get promoted.
Cons
Punctuality bonus. If you’re late, they dock your pay. See grown adults rushing to swipe their badge to clock in…Favoritism as with like any other company. Limited room for growth pending office politics. If they like you…you get promoted. Nepotism…Management will create internships for their nieces, nephews, and children of their neighbors. Culture is about 5 principles which is great but still old school company.
