      Pros

      Generally a good solid place to work. Pay is competitive with other CPG (though payscale is generally flat in US so employees in NYC area get a bit screwed over compared to Chicago and Tennessee). Very globally oriented - good opportunities for lots of cross-cultural/market interaction.

      Cons

      Slow moving/bureaucracy, cuts to benefits vs. old days (i.e. Mars no longer covers 100% of health premium).

      Pros

      Benefits Depending where you work, the culture and team and clients. Ability to work at several locations. Ability to grow (depending on where you work and who is management).

      Cons

      Too much focus on "numbers" that lead to toxic environment. Not enough DVMs. Not enough pay. Bonuses or lack thereof. Leadership being held accountable, or lack thereof.
