      Pros

      The people you work directly with are great. The atmosphere is just that of a candy company. Pay and benefits are good, and the work is challenging.

      Cons

      Nothing like it used to be. (Legacy Wrigley) When the two companies combined, things just haven't been the same. There's no consistency in what's being pushed from the top. They say one thing, but only hold the "lowers" to those standards.

      Pay was good . Most associates were good to work with .

      Cons

      To may bosses not enough people on the floor office full of people doing nothing . People are promoted on the buddy system and always watch your back and trust no one ! Point system there is giving up on who you are . What's wrong for one is not for others . 5 principles are a joke they do not go by them anymore ! Especially mutuality.
