      Pros

      Very supportive culture, respectful to everyone and progressive with a focus on quality. Lots of investment into the people. Principled organisation that strictly adheres to those principles.

      Cons

      Big and complex organisation, which is hard to fully comprehend Many associates are very long standing in role, and while this gives resilience and experience it can risk missing out on new ways of working.

      Pros

      Love the history of the company, the values, and the people. Collaborative work environment and family-friendly. Mars hires the best and everyone does their best to deliver on their responsibilities and even go beyond. I am always learning and feel like I have room to grow professionally and in my career.
