      Pros

      Very good place to start the career: you enter the Company and very soon you understand the warm attitude of colleagues, willing to assist you; support of managers always giving you good advice when needed, all that makes you feel willing to work and achieve.

      Cons

      As in all huge corporations you can get used to relaxed atmosphere and warm attitude completely losing sense of outer world and sometimes more wild and challenging market environment.

      Big words, lots of talk about the Mars 5 Principles, values etc...in reality the weirdest place one can ever work for.

      Lots of freedom, chance to learn about all business functions.

      Cons

      Unpredictable, roller-coster business results. Organizazion changes every year. Strategy sounds giid, but very weak execution. People are expected to move into a new job every 18-24 month...weak functional knowledge...
