It's a fun atmosphere. They are focused on their associates engagement and it's a top priority to them. Work/ life balance is above average.
Cons
They are a lean company which tends to put a lot of hats on people. This can drive engagement down. People have a ton of stuff on their plate and with the pay scale being on the lower end of the averages, causes good associates to leave.
