      Pros

      Mars is a good company with lots of different businesses and opportunities to work across these. There is a time in role requirement of 2 to 3 years which means you can move around when you get bored.

      Cons

      Pay below industry at the middle to lower levels and the business places too much emphasis on the "how" vs. "what" Associates accomplish. As a result you need to be a "social shark" to get ahead in this business.
