- benefits - hybrid work policy

Cons

- culture, full of confident/aggressive people but lack of functional skills/competencies, finger pointing rather than finding solutions - from above point, it is very hard for new comers to drive improvement/changes and stay in such toxic environment

If a department has a high turnover then maybe upper management should find the root cause.
