      Pros

      Full of people who have strong drive to meet company goals. Lots of opportunities to switch up roles or move to another type of business without actually leaving Mars.

      Cons

      Very big, can be tough to navigate at times if you aren't familiar with such a big company. Not easy to get funding for conferences, external classes & certifications - there are opportunities in the company, but some external ones would be beneficial.

      The P&O(HR) is full of HR people that don't know proper HR protocol, best practices, do not actually care about inclusion and diversity, let alone equity. They need to do a complete makeover of many of their HR leaders and stop putting leaders in positions where there is a large learning curve
