      Good pay. Plenty breaks. On-site subsidised canteen. Staff shop. Healthcare.

      Cons

      Can be hard work. Have to work days and night at weekends on certain shifts.

      Base pay around £27-£29000 but a shift allowance of 22-32% bumps that up quite a bit

      Cons

      Hard to progress. Only want positive feedback. Don’t like criticism or negativity. Under staffed and expected to cope even with people on sick and no cover
