      Company is still not very big and provides ample of opportunities to grow as an engineer or manager. Management is sensible and strategy is clear which makes associating to sur work with company goals much easier.

      Pros

      This company offers good salaries, which is definitely a big plus. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth and development, from training programs to chances for internal promotions. The people here are genuinely friendly and supportive. Our CEO is fantastic — inspiring with a strong drive

      One thing that can be frustrating is the frequent changes in organizational structure and project scope. While I get that change is part of the deal in a company this size, it can sometimes feel a bit too chaotic and unsettling. There’s also a need for more transparency from upper management regarding strategic decisions and company direction, which sometimes feels a bit opaque.
