- Great colleagues and team spirit among floor staff - Store location is central and convenient - Good brand image and product knowledge training

Cons

- Poor management communication and lack of transparency - Promises of more working hours were not fulfilled - No formal process for reporting sick leave or returning to work, leading to confusion and unfair warnings HR communication is unclear and inconsistent – I was told they would reach out to me but never heard anything Shift-swapping between part-time employees (working only 8–15 hours/week) was suddenly not allowed, which made scheduling unnecessarily rigid Important conversations (such as disciplinary actions) were not communicated directly, but instead discovered after the fact
