Cheap food and drink at corporate premises, corporate bus, days off when necessary, 90% of the employees were female approximately the same age so it felt like iniversity rather than a job. A great workload eventually makes you grow professionally and develop new qualities.

Cons

far from Barcelona ( 50 min journey from corporate bus stop), some managers were clearly appointed because of the connections, but not for the achievements, employee initiative not valued

Pros

There is a clothing discount (but it sucks in comparison to other stores I've worked at). The stores look nice and the company collaborates with interesting celebrities (ex. Milla Jovovich).

Cons

SO many bad things. The clothing discount wasn't great, the managers ALL sucked (incompetent, unclear in directives, lazy - if I'm being honest). The music sucked and so did the uniforms. They were very stingy with staff shirts also.

the rest of management acted as if they worked for Gucci or Prada area manager was rude and belittling made us wear the same uniform for 6 months and only gave us an extra shirt, eww their was no raises... ever,,,,
