      Reasonable employee discount. Good training especially for merchandisers. Schedule flexibility. Sales commission.

      Friendly sales team and managers

      Cons

      Unorganised, AM and Area Visual do not communicate with each other. No proper training. Unrealistic goals. Bad people in high roles that shouldn't be there. Just DO NOT GO THERE. Wish I had read profiles here before going. In a better environment now and glad I left that company
