Pros

Staff discount and free uniform

Cons

The job is advertised as a being a VM however you are expected to do so much more. It’s a management role however you will basically be doing sales, dealing with staff , in the stockroom all whilst being expected to maintain vm standards. Started off okay but the stress and weighting became too much. Minimal support from management even when you express how stressful and pressuring it is.constant changes and wants from higher ups in all unrealistic timeframes. One size fits all expectations without considering store size, staff amount. I just don’t think they care to be honest. Just a number which I guess is the world of retail. It’s such a shame as the brand is lovely and has potential to be a great place to work but there isn’t enough care or consideration into the staff structure
