      Pros

      The old manager was nice and supportive. I love my peers as well, quite sad I had to leave. But I have heard that now, there is a change in management. Everyone left and the environment might not be the same.

      Cons

      -There is no trust between the new manager and staff ( only for this specific store). Not too sure about the rest

      Cohesion in teams is looked for, you must be a team player to work here. Just because you are good doesnt mean you will fit the part

      The location of the offices is not the best but they have their own transport, and can acomodate with remote working hours
