      Karaoke and good work life balance

      Cons

      - Long unnecessary meetings - Internal relations are the key to get recognised. Otherwise, and no matter how much work and effort you put in, it is nearly impossible to get recognised for your work. - No clear management and leadership. - No career growth. - It is a nice company if you like doing karaoke once a month but not more.
