      - Great company with good values. Treats people right in a nice work atmosphere. - I was worried to join a French company after working for large US, so far it's been very positive, with a lot of flexibility given to employee, showing trust in them. - The industry is blooming, so it is very exciting to work in a company that grows fast

      - Lack of structure (but normal since the company is in the process of scaling)
