      Opportunity to learn a lot Opportunities to advance Employee Charter Profit Sharing Stock Options Benefit Package Flexible on hours of work (huge benefit for family life!)

      Pay Equity- frustrating when educated people paid less than those without. Makes one question if all those years of studying and student loan payments really paid off in the end.

      Pay was comparable 24/7 to get it . Very many good people that you work with.

      24/7 on call no family life with work life balance . Managers are clueless and manage with fear.
