      No room to grow, glass ceiling for all unless you are related to someone high above.

      Pros

      Casual business attire allowed, competitive benefits. Direct corporate hotline for any complaints regarding any violations of company policies.

      Cons

      They actively go after young employees to pay them peanuts and get rid of them as soon as they have acquired enough vacation and high salary. Unless you know someone who likes you or is related to you high above in corporate, your days are numbered after you hit 40.

      Pros

      A very fast paced environment to work in kept things interesting. A great group of people made shifts a pleasure.

      Cons

      Little reward for intrapreneurs. Although continuous improvement is the mantra pushed by management, few managers allow their employees time to work on improvement initiatives.
