Cons
Top Management has zero clarity on what needs to be done. Board meetings are all about humiliating people than finding real solutions. Strategy and People building which were the key pillars during Mr Bakshi regime are now replaced by sycophancy. Hiring and firing seems to be the new strategy - where people who understood business are either fired or have left on their own. It's like Metro is the new MD playground and he sure is having fun. With no clarity and guidance from the top management which drips down to the middle management as well and leaves no will/ interest for people to look forward to work. Despite so much change in the top management there's no radical change that has come to the company and if this remains the same-there will be many more ludhianas to witness. Metro used to be a great place to work at where ideas were discussed and detailed planning was done which today under the farce of execution have dwindled to nothing. God bless metro for it used to be a great company!
