Global presence. Good backend systems & process. Better company when it was managed by expats

Very slow growth for employees. Market not explored to the potential. Employee security & respect is least.

Pros

Part of international company, structured, experienced in retail, reliable in terms of providing staff renumeration - basic, transparant and stable, invests in staff development programs.

Cons

For the past few years confusing strategy, no augmented renumeration (support of MBA education, individual performance based bonuses), bureaucracy.

Good place to learn and develop, 10% discount for employees shopping in the metro stores, all facilities available to run full-fledged customer driven business, corporate support is nice

Cons

Departments work in silos, changes implemented too slow, employee well-being is neglected, employee hard-working is merely recognised and appreciated, still misses clear and solid business strategy
