      Pros

      Flexible schedule, nice working environment (both colleagues and offices), pretty stable job which doesn't cause you too much overhead, as long as you do your work.

      Cons

      Many administrative overhead, lack of development plan, far from the city, no promotions (unless you have connections).

      Like other good MNCs, the Company provides many Trainings and internal Job opportunities to ensure further career development.

      Cons

      Compensation is a bit on the low side to me. However, it can be improved by changing positions internally, or trying to get promoted.
