      Pros

      Metro india provides you a fantastic platform to work as a entrepreneur and rewards very well if you are successfully. Awards basis performance. Freedom to take risks in the business. Leadership under Arvind is great. Pushes and encourages everyone to raise the bar always. Recently we all went to Bhutan to celebrate our performance last year.

      Pros

      Lots of individual accountability which pushes you to give your best and excel each day. You get due recognition for your hard work and can get monetary benefits to 5 times of your variable component .... pay for performance..... many have earned this year which is a great feeling . Recently the company became profitable which is a great milestone to achieve and the committed international trip was held in Bhutan which was outstanding step by leadership to showcase that its not only work but fun at work in METRO.

      Cons

      The company is transforming to a greatest place to work and hence each individual’s contribution is important. Meritocracy is the only way forward for success and hence some people who are still fence sitters have to stop pulling back the rest who want to prove.
