Learning and tenure is important but at the same time pay is also important.
Pros
Metro is a good company, they offer a lot of learnings but no growth at all. Tenure wise people grow but not package wise. I m one of those unfortunate employee who spent 6 long years.. learned a lot.. Proved enough in the company but no good increments at all. I look at some of my non metro friends in other companies where we started the career n couple of them in the same domain.. Accounts payable.. They are far ahead than me.. Package wise because they switched two companies in those six years.. My only mistake was i have trusted the company. Disappointed with that.. I have resigned the company and another company realised my worth n they have offered me better position with better compensation benefits.
Cons
IJP process is pathetic. No Manager fights in support of their employees which itself proves metro has no good people manager.
