      German work ethic even though it is highly diluted, a lot of knowledge available in business instructions, materials, libraries, good safety policies

      Best reasons ..no reviews , no collaboration , if you wanna join then come with expectation that you are on vacation where nobody would bother your presence and your work , unless you are working in MIS team , plus you can. Start own business as many of them here have started
