      Pros

      The atmosphere is international at the Headquarters. The company is family friendly .

      Cons

      It's too bureaucratic. It's very complicated to change something. Each department works and thinks in sylos. The cross functional cooperation is difficult.

      Pros

      Nice place to work, flexible hours, you’ve got up to date computers/servers/network equipment. A lot of benefits are offered by the company (health insurance, pension plan, gym subscription etc)

      Cons

      The inconvenient is that the office is located a little bit away from public transport (though they offer own buses).
