- Very people focused, a lot of investment into career development. - Fun and social environment to work in, with a family feel. - The Management Team are always looking for new innovative ways to approach things. - A lot of resources are available for you to learn and develop yourself.

- Sometimes changes take a bit longer to happen than necessary - Some internal processes could be more streamlined

1 hour lunch Weekends Off Comfy Chair

Cons

Everything about working in the CS Dept. Management/Team Leaders have no clue on people skills. High Staff turn around No Communication Staff are horrible and speak to customers like utter rubbish No clue at all Expect you to work your bum off for pennies. Your just a number

Pros

Nespresso Business Solution was a great job, the freedom in place for you to grow and deliver was second to none. The opposite to the field sales position, where you were micro managed. The Area Manager was a very relaxed and supportive, Overall I enjoyed my time with Nespresso.
