Pros

Ok basic salary. Great colleagues.

Cons

Very hard to earn commission with new structure. Many different targets, missing them means a Personal Improvement Plan followed by a disciplinary. Far too much admin. Ten hour days to try and get everything done. Too many meetings. Too many forms for everything and little guidance about which to use and how to find them. Sales Support can vary from really great to downright rude and unhelpful. Too much for reps to do which takes away from time selling. New business targets are very difficult to achieve. New prospecting app is useless, freezes all the time due to poor signal and doesn’t integrate with other system so there’s yet another thing to have to do each day.
