Whilst Lyreco has its problems, I believe them to be a good company to work for. I feel they look after their staff

Cons

The management hierarchy is very ingrained. People only really answer the superiors, and ignore their juniors ‘Busy culture’

Well structured, good training and well run company Daily lunch allowance of about £6 when you're out and about

Cons

Very admin heavy A lot of "box ticking" esp re number of appointments etc, quantity over quality Very slow to get anything done internally Targets amended after month ended so felt they were manipulated
