Will try to beat you down on starting salary; Poor management - will spend on fancy office(s) for management but not invest in staff or offer payrises despite a large proportion of the workforce working through the pandemic; Cake & icecream makes things better (only for those in the office)?; Will spend thousands on marketing selling home office setups while allowing staff to work at their kitchen tables for more than 12months;
