Fantastic Culture

Pros

One of Lyreco's biggest strengths is the business culture across the entire organisation. Meaning you are able to solve any problem with a conversation. Of course there are processes, as with any large organisation, however outside of these there is a feeling of how do we get the best result for the client.

Cons

You could argue it's possible to earn slightly more, however the stability, culture, overall package is worth more than a slight increase on your take home pay.
