      Pros

      It fosters a safe space for people from all walks of life and you feel as though you’re doing good by working there

      Cons

      I feel they abuse that safe space aspect to pay people poorly, especially given the high level of training needed and work put into various roles across the company. Ultimately it was a good idea 30 odd years ago that is now being run into the ground by stupid decisions from people who don’t really know what they’re doing and are coasting of off brand recognition

      50% discount, free products and spa treatment. Decent pay

      Cons

      Horrible cliquey atmosphere. This job took over my life and I ended up dropping out of uni because of it. No support for mental health and management was awful. Forced to be overbearing to customers
